ELECTRO-MECHANICAL INSTALLER

At our facilities in San Agustín de Guadalix (Madrid), we require the hiring of “Electro-Mechanical Installers” with electronic specialist technical training (FP2), or demonstrable experience of at least 3 years in mechanical, electrical and electronic assemblies. Assembly of civil and military communication systems on mobile and fixed platforms.

Functions and responsibilities:

Assemble all the components that have been manufactured and install them in the different equipment.
Manufacture and integration of both equipment and the same in the final product.
Assembly operations, putting terminals on cables, wiring equipment and rack, soldering components.
Give support to other projects in case of need and advise on some assembly elements.
Mechanical, electrical and electronic assemblies using crimping tools, welding, pin insertion.

Requirements:

• Minimum studies:
Higher Level Training Cycle – Electricity and Electronics.

• Minimum experience:
At least 3 years.

• Necessary knowledge:
– Mechanical assemblies.
– Electrical and electronic using crimping tools.
– Welding.

• Assessable requirements:

– Experience in manufacturing multipair, data, and RF cabling, manufacturing of electronic and communications equipment, assembly of communications systems on civil and military mobile platforms (vehicles and Shelters).

TECHNICAL INDUSTRIAL DESIGN WITH SOLIDWORKS

Aicox Soluciones requires the hiring of a Draftsman as an “Industrial Design Technician with SOLIDWORKS” for its work center located in San Agustín de Guadalix.

Training/Experience: A MUST HAVE SOLIDWORKS

Minimum level High School with more than 3 years of experience to be part of the Industrial Design team for the manufacture, and integration of electronic and RF equipment on vehicle platforms.

Functions and responsibilities:

Data collection and measurements in the prototypes.
Define engineering mechanical solutions for all types of parts, supports and structures.
Design of parts for the integration of embedded electronic equipment in special platforms and vehicles.
Preparation of engineering documentation, diagrams, manuals, procedures, etc…
Industrial organization Technical Office.
Help create manuals.
Cataloging plans.
Production.
Production plans: Update formats.
Create lists of materials, screws, commercial elements, etc… ensuring their traceability with the manufacturing manuals.
Unify, control and maintain all production information.

ELECTRONIC SPECIALIST TECHNICIAN (Field technician)

Aicox Soluciones requires the hiring of specialist technicians (FP, intermediate/higher level, or similar) with more than 2 years of experience, to form part of the operations team for the manufacture, assembly and testing of electronic and RF equipment at its facilities of San Agustin de Guadalix (Madrid).

Chores:

Participate in the production process of electronic and RF equipment.
Participate in the resolution of technical problems detected during the preventive and corrective maintenance process.
Participate in the implementation and execution of the pertinent actions related to the guarantee and maintenance of equipment.
Participate in the diagnostic and repair processes of electronic and RF equipment.
Participate in the mechanical, electrical and radioelectric integration of systems in military vehicles.
Manufacture and repair of electrical and RF wiring.
Assembly of telecommunications systems.
Equipment machining.

We are looking to incorporate a COMMERCIAL AND AFTER-SALES ADMINISTRATIVE for our offices in San Agustín de Guadalix.

ESSENTIAL: EXPERIENCE in foreign trade, to manage and help with action plans related to purchase-sale, storage, distribution and financing operations in national and international trade according to the objectives and procedures established by the company.

To do this, it will perform the following functions:

Manage the administrative procedures of the company in relation to the commercial, financial, accounting, logistics, customs, tax and production areas.
Administrative management of commercial processes, negotiation with suppliers and other operators and organizations involved in international trade operations.
